The cost of procedures varies depending on the complexity of the treatment plan. We will discuss our fees with you at your first appointment so that you know what to expect and there are no surprises. We accept a variety of insurances and we’ll work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We are currently in network with the following insurance companies:

Please bring your medical and dental insurance cards and information with you to your consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement and give you a clear and accurate idea of what your out-of-pocket expenses will be. For out-of-network insurance policies, we can’t always accurately predict what they will cover. However, we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth process including filing your insurance claims on your behalf.
Regardless of your form of payment, we will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies respond with four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact us. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and prompt payment is appreciated. Many times, a simple phone call will clear up any misunderstandings. So, if you have questions regarding your account, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Financing
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can assist you in making arrangements for a monthly payment plan, however, this must be coordinated prior to your surgical procedure. Payment is due at the time service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please remember, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We’re also pleased to accept CareCredit, a healthcare financing credit card. With the card, you can finance treatments, including dental and surgical procedures, that may not be covered by insurance or come with a deductible. The balance can be paid off in monthly installments. Once you’ve applied for CareCredit, you can use your card as many times as you wish for health, wellness and beauty treatments.
